James embarked on his career journey in 2001 when he became a qualified Carpenter in the UK. For four years, he worked on building and construction sites, focusing on constructing residential properties. Skilled in building kit timber and steel homes, James established his own building company in 2005. He undertook Project Management roles for construction projects involving various home sizes and types, from 4×2 to double-storey homes in designated housing areas. Relocating to WA in 2018 with his family, James initiated his business specializing in renovations and upgrades to gain local experience required for his Building Licence. With over 20 years of building and construction expertise, James, a registered builder in WA, is adept at bringing any project to fruition.

Steven, adept at navigating complex challenges, Steven is committed to driving projects to successful completion while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Adept at supervising and leading teams of carpenters to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Compliance is a priority, and all contractors hold valid police clearances, white cards, and trade licenses, which are managed through Rapid Global.
